TDI Third-party evaluation report

Under this system, TDI, allows evaluations developed for an approval agency, such as the Florida State Product Approval, to be submitted to TDI and be listed in TDI website.

Forms and certificates are prepared in accordance with TX current code and requirements.

Engineering support and guidance is available throughout any of these approval processes

Documentation provided under this service includes:

• Job specific engineering. This documentation is prepared for a particular product and for an specific address or installation. It is based on testing, structural analysis, comparative analysis, or an existing approval.
• Comparative analysis. It is based on tested or approved products to determine a rating for a product size different of tested or approved.
• Mullion analysis. Analysis performed to determine the capacity of a mullion with different types of products attached to it. Products attached to mullion must have their own approval or engineering.
• Engineering evaluations. Are provided when products are to be installed in  substrates other than tested as well as when components are tested independently and are to be assembled together. Or when a product rating deviates from the approved or tested parameters.

• Representing customer in testing laboratories
• Help customer with testing in testing laboratories
